The following terms of use apply to employers that post jobs on EU Jobs, job seekers and any other users that access EU Jobs. By using EU Jobs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
EU Jobs is a medium with the purpose of providing a forum for Job Seekers to search for jobs and for Employers to advertise or search for employees.
Users of this site shall NOT post any false, misleading, deceptive, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate information. Users also shall NOT submit or post any information that violates the copyrights of other individuals or entities. EU Jobs reserves the right to review, edit or delete from EU Jobs any material which EU Jobs deems to be inappropriate, illegal, offensive, violates copyrights of other individuals or entities or otherwise violates the terms and conditions as defined herein.
EU Jobs reserves all rights to the content on this site except where explicitly noted. This content includes but is not limited to HTML code, graphics and editorial content. You may not copy this content without the express written permission of EU Jobs.
Users are prohibited from circumventing or attempting to circumvent the security systems of EU Jobs. This includes but is not limited to the following:
accessing a non-public area on EU Jobs for which you have not been given explicit permission to access.
using someone else's login and password to access an area or data for which you have not been given explicit permission to access.
probing EU Jobs Web site for the purpose of circumventing security to access an area or data for which you have not been given explicit permission to access.
interfering with the operation of EU Jobs in any way including but not limited to mail bombing, overloading, attacking or in any other way interrupting this service.
EU Jobs takes steps to protect resume data, job postings and employer profiles that are submitted to EU Jobs. However, you agree to release EU Jobs from any and all claims related to any compromised data that may be a result of a security breach.
For Employers
EU Jobs is not responsible in any way for the action of Job Seekers that use this medium. We don't post the resumes for our Job Seekers. We don't review the resumes that are posted. There may be typographical errors or other errors in the resume. We are not responsible for the accuracy of these resumes or whether these resumes may be distasteful or deceptive in any way. We are not responsible for any other information that may be transmitted to an Employer from any user of this site. Further, we are not responsible for the interaction that you may have with a Job Seeker that uses this service. If you have a problem or dispute with a Job Seeker or any other user of this site, you agree to release EU Jobs from any and all claims related to this dispute or interaction.
You are responsible for keeping your password and username confidential. You may not share this information with any third party. Violation of this rule will result in the immediate suspension of your account.
For Job Seekers
